                               RESOLUTION NO. 20828
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                  AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CTI-POH,
                  A JOINT VENTURE, RELATIVE TO THE PILOT TESTING
                  PROJECT AT THE MOCCASIN BEND WASTEWATER
                  TREATMENT PLANT, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                  ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
                  ($125,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with CTI-POH, a
       Joint Venture, relative to the pilot testing project at the
       Moccasin Bend Wastewater Treatment Plant, for an amount not to
       exceed $125,000.00.
